Make A Donation

Citizens Inn has been able to grow capacity by 34% over the last 12 months, adding more stability and much needed education and support for families. In total, we serve 164 families, including 328 children each year.

This is where you come in. Consider, if you will, how far a simple donation can go to help your local community thrive and keep your neighbors safe:

  • $100 pays for a toddler bed for one child.
  • $250 covers food for our children for a month.
  • $500 transports children and their moms to doctor appointments for a month.
  • $1,000 funds a health, safety, or recovery workshop for one month to build resilience in our children, moms and dads.

When you make a donation to an organization, you want to be sure that your contribution will have a positive impact on people’s lives. Citizens Inn addresses the full spectrum of factors that lead to homelessness, so when a family is ready to move on from the program, they have a genuine opportunity for a transformation to successful lives. We have an established track record, a long-term commitment to our mission and a tested leadership team.

Please call us at 978-531-9775 with any questions.

Run a Drive at Your Site
Looking for the most effective way to help Citizens’ mission in a very tangible way? Drives are an easy and fun way to help the families living in our shelters. Whether it be diapers, winter jackets, gloves, boots or school supplies, there’s always a need throughout the year.

Host a Corporate Jean's Day
Set up a corporate Jean’s Day at your business. Ask all employees to give $5 that day. If you already work in a casual setting, try something different — we have many ideas to choose from.

Provide Childcare at our Playroom
Of the family members we supported last year, 55% were under the age of 15. Each of our facilities offers a playroom for young family members and we welcome you to participate as certified childcare volunteers. Requires background check, training, and sign up for a regular shift.

Help Clean Up a Property
Are you looking for a great activity for the family? From general yard work to carpentry to painting and gardening, we are always looking for helping hands!
